Linux supplied drivers. Finding parameter list

I have purchased my first embedded system for home use. I have worked with linux for a while writing drivers for new products. Input devices. But this is my first time using all of the different output periphials. Is there a central place I can look at that lists periphials and their parameter list and the order of these parameters ?

If you have worked with Linux for a while then you know that it is too big and too distributed to have any central places.

Code:
find ${KERNEL_SRC_ROOT_DIR} -name '*.[ch]' -exec grep -H module_param \{} \;

You can also enquire binary modules parameter list by using 'modinfo' command.
