arch linux on raspberry pi

I'm having some trouble figuring out the setup for my project. I need to manage robotics (movement of the robot), but also want to include a raspberry pi to run a version of arch linux. I want the pi to be able to serve to receive voice commands so that they may interact with another arduino board to toggle consoles on or off, or to modify the movement of the robot.

Would a pi / arduino combo be sufficient for this with arch linux? Or do I need to upgrade?

Hi,

Doable! Maybe this will help; http://elinux.org/ArchLinux_Install_Guide

If you do not want to build the interface(s) then possibly a shield will meet the needs.

Hope this helps.
Have fun & enjoy!
