I would venture to guess it is the same reason there is no SuSE forum. The distro must have someone representing them in the forum (official support) before a distro can get its own subforum.
Closed. Please please please search the boards - oddly enough, you are not the first person to ask this and (thanks Pcghost) the "why no SuSE forum" also asks this question.
