Which distro for webserver


Hi,
Now that RedHat is commercial, which distro is now best suited for web server, any opinions?

why should any be better than another, use the one you want, and run the server you want ontop of it... please see our reviews section for lots of opinions of different distros. there is no real reason to pick on distro over another simply for serving http

I use debian for it.
It seems to be stable + secure.

Hehe.. I say the same thing about Slackware..

They're all as stable as each other, if you administer them right.

Oh and I can say their all as secure as each other, but totally depends on the administer on this aspect as well.

Conclusion: Like acid_kewpie said, use whichever one you prefer.

You are right trickykid...

But you don't have to work alot when using debian apt-get.
I am lazy, I don't administer them, debian does. I did it once... long ago
