where to get fedora 11 ,,,, need help

hai to all

i have installed fedora 9 ,i dont have internet,but i want to upgrade as fc11 ,and

one of my friend in my college has registered a free ubuntu distro via internet ,with in a few weeks he got that ubuntu distro to his home from postal services which is absolutely free not even that postal charges..

is there any think like that so i get fc11 dvd
is there any website link to register ,for getting free fc11 dvd
...

Edit: never mind. Why don't you ask someone to download the image and burn it for you?
