What is the best Linux distro works with skype

Hello I want to know what is the best distribution of Linux may work with the program skype. Experimenting I've ubuntu 12.4 but there are problems with the camera

slackware 14.1 32 bit and install the package from http://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.1/network/skype/

or just install sbopkg http://www.sbopkg.org/downloads.php run sbopkg as root and just type it in search then install.

Note that, just because a distro isn't on that list, doesn't mean Skype won't work.

Keep in mind Skype is not "open source" software; it is a closed-source, proprietary product of Microsoft Corp.
