I believe today, May 6th, the final version of Skipjack was released. However when I got to the various mirror sites I see that skipjack was apparently released to them on April 20th. I even found a release date of May 3rd. How is this possible. Were they pre beta releases to find left over bugs? Im not sure how they do the releases. Should I wait till I see a mirror with the ISO's I need with a release date on or around May 6th or did these guys get an early release of 7.3?
A little confused on what the final product version is...
PS I just checked out the download ftp from Redhat.com and their calling their version Valhalla. And they have the file dated at April 30... Plus the sizes on the ISO's are 652MB and 653MB... The average CD only hold 650 MB as far as I know. Why did they choose such an off file size... Will the extra 3MB fit on a standard 650MB disk...?
