rpm Kernel Source instal prob

I've updated to 2.1.16 kernel (binary rpm from and now I've tried to install kernel-source-2.4.16.SuSE-32.i386.rpm and it says
linux conflicts with linclude-2.4.0.suse-6
lx_22 conflicts with linclude-2.4.0.suse-6

I'm using SuSE 7.1.

Any ideas?
