hi all im a total linux nub well i woudln't say a total nube cause ive used korel and slackware linux. well my question is ok i wanna use the kde but after my install it automatically starts me in gnome and i dont like gnome and its incredibly slow??? whats up w/ that. well my question is how do i swiitch it so it loads kde instead of gnome on startup or at least how do i switch from using gnome to kde any help would be really useful

i quit im switching back over to slack 9 at least that dind't take freaking 10 mins to boot up. besides the only reason i tried redhat9 was cause ppl told me it was great and stuff just cause it looks all fancy dancy dont mean its great this newbie has learned an important lesson
