Problem on windows machines -- Linux Based Solution

hi,

there are some machine running window custom softwares as per companies need. They are having problem every time I connect USB flash drive or connect external hdd while the linux machines are fit and fine. How can I overcome this problem like I sometime can't open applications,When I scan with free antivirus software I get something like amvo.exe,newfolder.exe and ylr.exe, sometimes files and folder with strange characters which even can't be deleted or renamed. How Can I solve this problem with linux Live CD.Which live CD have current updates and a well running antivirus.
