Newbie Alert! Alactel 330 Modem

Hi,

I have Redhat 9.0 installed. I have an alcatel 330 USB modem. Is there a newbie guide for installing it onto the redhat machine? When I mean newbie guide, I mean basic stuff. On how to install drivers, activate it, etc...

Many thanks,

Janusz

First you should know if your ISP uses PPPoA or PPPoE

Yo

I got these 2 sites:

http://www.webconexion.net/speedtouc...ch_330_usb.php
http://speedtouch.sourceforge.net/

Not sure if it's suited for Redhat 9 though. No luck yet but chatting to some knowledgable people... PM me and we'll talk.

Janusz
