libranet 2.0 install problem


hi.

having trouble getting the hard drive partitioned, this is what i have done as far as partitioning hard drive-

hda1 boot primary linux ext.2 61097.00 mg
hda2 primary linux swap 394.00 mg

when i click finish, i get no swap partition available, but i have made one. i don,t get it . any help appreciated. thanks ronss

ronss,
after you have chosen the size of partitions you need to chose the write option for each partition. once that is completed you can then select finish. If you have any other questions I'll try to help. I just installed libranet 2.0 this past weekend. I was running mandrake 9.0 and wanted to try something different. hope this helps out.

will try again tonight after work. yesterday i downloaded knoopix, it installs from the cd , really differenet. i quess one can install onto the hard drive. later, got to get to work. ronss
