install smoothwall in a usb flash drive

hello,

i would like to know how to install smoothwall and run it from a usb flash drive that has 256mb so i can have a 0db firewall. The hardrive that would be on it is VerY loud and im tired of noise. Do i just extract the iso to the drive or just run install but disconnect the HDD and have the usb plugged in so it may see it as a HDD?

thankyou,
