What distro is most used in production environment?

Well, the easy ones to track are probably Red Hat Enterprise, Suse Linux Enterprise, and Ubuntu Server. But I've read reports that Debian is used a lot also. But there's no sales numbers to track... CentOS is a free clone of Red Hat and also doesn't have sales numbers to track.

Also it would probably make a big difference whether you're asking about desktops or servers.
