Clear Linux window borders?

I gave Clear Linux a try but ran into something that doesn't work for me. I like having a solid black desktop and black background in my shell windows. However, the UI, as installed, has no visible window border. This doesn't work for black windows on a black desktop.

I searched for a way to tweak the UI to put a visible border around windows, but couldn't find anything. Is there a way to display a visible window border?

Thanks!

What window manager are you using? Is this in gtk2, gtk3, Qt software? Or anything open like xterm?

Usually a window manager is responsible for windows decorations. You can change them with the WM config files.

Then gtk3 decided a few years back that it would not have a window header like gtk2 does. You'll need to address that in your ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini Or in the gtk3 theme itself.

Need more info.
