Best rescue live cd

Can anyone suggest a good rescue live cd.

Need something that has programs that can resize partitions including ntfs vfat reiserfs ext2 ext3. Need also something that could fix the mbr, install lilo or grub from the live cd.

Theres a distro call SystemRescueCd that has a pretty good rescue program. It's kind of hard to use if you don't read the documentation but once you do that it does what you need it to I think. It has especcially good partitioning software on it.
