When changing color for toolbar in Libre Office only half the toolbar changes

When changing color for toolbar in Libre Office only half the toolbar changes via the "pre installed theme". It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm in dark mode or not, or what distro as it's a problem with Mint, Fedora, and now Manjaro KDE. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

And why did you post it in the networking forum? Did you try to close and restart the app after those changes?

Sorry, wasn't sure which part of the forum to put it in. Yes, I have closed and restarted the app after the changes to no avail (That does work when going back to the "default look, do not use themes"). The issue seems to be with the "preinstalled Theme"
