Looks like a widget desktop pager of some sort....

Could probably do it with g/adesklets or superkaramba... or some other widget thingy.

Looks like part of the desktop manager - e17, windowmaker or somesuch

Looks like Fvwm running lots of external programs (like the dock program.. i forgot its name, but kind of like y's dock), and Fvwm's weather script on the top, fvwmpager and calendar on the left and modified conky on the right?
