What is it called? Funny Icons / Figures sitting on your active window.

Hi there,

I once had some funny icons or figures that would sit on top of your active window decoration but I can't remember the name of it and google doesn't know it either.

It is not a theme or something, more like a widget like those eyes that follow your mouse pointer.

Do you guys know that I mean?

Thanks for readying.

Ben.

Yeah thanks for the reply, pretty much like that.

But it is not the one - it was simpler, just sitting on the window. And like ... cooler. :-)
