Question What are MATE desktop environment Sleep and Power off options window commands?

Hi.

In the MATE desktop environment - what are the commands to make it Sleep and show the Power off popup window [image attached] (not to actually shut down immediately) respectively?

I want to try and create hotkeys for these.

Thanks.

Shutdown dialog: mate-session-save --shutdown-dialog

By sleep, do you mean suspend?

Hi hydrurga.

Thanks for the command. Sorry, yes - sleep is on the keyboard key but you are correct - I should have said suspend.

Suspend depends on your init system.

If it's systemd, systemctl suspend should do the trick.
