Streaming Digital terrestrial TV remotely

Hello,

I have a Linux machine running Debian Wheezy
Code:
uname -a: Linux hostname 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.57-3+deb7u2 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Attached to this machine i have a Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-T stick USB Terrestrial Digital TV Tuner, like this one : http://www.dabs.com/products/hauppau...tick-42PG.html.

I want to be able to watch TV via remote streaming, as this Machine is in the UK and I am in Malaysia. What do I need? Thanks in advance.

Output output of lsusb: Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux
Code:
Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 2040:7070 Hauppauge Nova-T Stick 3
Mouse
Also, I have loaded the firmware necessary to detect enable the tuner to be activated. dmesg output relevant to the DVB Tuner:

I'd consider teamviewer instead of trying to stream data. It may be that one can use VLC to stream it over some ssh or vlan.
