Screen Video on touch panel calibration


hello.... guys... i have HCL(YMiLeap V/Y ser.) screen touch laptop with Ubuntu(8.10) operating system) ...they provide stylus also but when i touch the screen the pointer(mouse pointer) is not exactly below the stylus( I think its calibration problem) ..thats why i couldn't make exact point out...

please help me for calibration ......suggest me some modification in application .....
