Rox Terminal defaults

Trying to figure out how to change default settings in Rox Terminal, particularly the color scheme used. I'm doing this because as of now the default color scheme is 'GTK' which is black text on a white background, which I just cannot stand. I've seen where Rox Terminal's config file lives but I can't figure out what part of it, if any, has to do with display defaults.

preferences > edit current colour scheme

If you have to, right click > show menubar

Got that. Now how can I make a new color scheme out of this that will appear in the 'Select Colour Scheme' submenu?
