QDBusConnection error

I have an application that wont start, throws this error:

QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
unnamed app(7342): KUniqueApplication: Cannot find the D-Bus session server: "/usr/bin/dbus-launch terminated abnormally with the following error: No protocol specified
Autolaunch error: X11 initialization failed.
"

unnamed app(7341): KUniqueApplication: Pipe closed unexpectedly.

After reading several other threads on the topic, I still have no ideas for where to start getting this application to run again.

Any ideas?
