Unhappy Problem with migration of virtual machine to physical (Slackware 14.2)

Hello, everyone!

I have something a physical and removable hard drive. I not have a cdrom drive and I'm afraid to losing my data in external HD following the official tutorial for USB installer creation.

In this moment, I'm using Arch Linux in my PC. I installed the Slackware in Virtualbox machine and works fine.

But. I used QEMU for copy all data in virtual partition for physical (physical mounted in RAW type). First I used the Slackware ISO and mounted all partitions in two directories. I used CP to copy all data to physical hard drive.

No error messages. In grub.cfg I inserted all inputs for Slackware (modifying something the partition number and ID) and boot correctly. But the configs is not saved.

Using SLAX with graphical interface, I repeat the copy and have this error: More than 10 files is not copied in the starts. Including the "cpuid" file and others important files.

Why I have this errors?

You probably have errors due to not copying file flags and devices and stuff. If you are going to copy a full drive to another spot I recommend using rsync. Good tutorial on the net about doing that here. Be sure when you do this also if the partition you are copying from is booted currently to switch to single user mode with telinit 1. Also be sure to add excluded directories that you need as well. Hope that helps.
Code:
rsync -aAXv / --exclude={"/dev/*","/proc/*","/sys/*","/tmp/*","/run/*","/mnt/*","/media/*","/lost+found"} /mnt/newdrive
