No quake terminal in fvwm-crystal?

Just installed yakuake to use as a quake terminal in fvwm-crystal on my Ubuntu 18.10, but when I go to the terminals selection area of the preferences, nothing shows up next to quake terminal as if fvwm-crystal didn't notice yakuake was there. I can launch yakuake the regular way (pressing F12 or selecting if from the app menus), but why doesn't fvwm-crystal want to let it be integrated into the desktop?

Have you tried running fvwm-crystal.generate-menu from a terminal? It sounds like fvwm doesn't automatically update the application menu.

EDIT: For clarification, you cannot see it in the application menu, right?

That didn't work, not after entering fvwm-crystal.generate-menu in the terminal and not after selecting 'Generate Application Menu' from 'Preferences in the Crystal menu. Looks like doing both of those things produces the same result. Yes, I can see in in the app menu if you're talking about the strip on the upper left corner of the screen. It wasn't meant to be accessed that way though IMHO.
