Nautilus and F5 key for X refresh. what happens actually?

In Gnome, Nautilus File Manager is used. If I press "F5" key, Desktop or Nautilus Windows "X" Refreshes.

I want to know, if it is possible to invoke this action from terminal. ie; a command if any exists?

remember, I am not asking for "xrefresh" command.

Any Source?

On Nautilus 2.31.1 no refresh is required.
If I do in terminal something as
$ touch test

Nautilus instantly make refresh and shows new created file.

this post shows a method. but "lineakd" is not found in Debian repo.

We need to find the command invoked for nautilus to refresh when pressed "F5" or "Ctrl+R" keys.

This are things that I dislike on Debian, sometimes is difficult to find a proper program or library or dependency or whatever.

the package(Lineakd) is not currently available on unstable and testing repositories. but, there are similar programs available like xbindkeys(IIRC),hotkeys etc. still, what they does is to map the menu(right click menu) to these Keys "F5" or "CTRL+R". :[

Command, I presume is a nautilus windows manager particular one. which is to be found out. I am still Searching. I've My doubts of "gamin" which is a service IINM.
