Lapack Missing In Madagascar


Hello,
I am using Geophysics software Madagascar. when I run the codes, It stated the msg bellow

Check $RSFROOT/share/madagascar/etc/config.py for LAPACK
and reinstall if necessary.
Possible missing packages: lapack
scons: *** [right.rsf] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

I tried to install Lapack by using


[root@localhost Desktop]# yum install atlas atlas-devel lapack-devel blas-devel
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks
Repodata is over 2 weeks old. Install yum-cron? Or run: yum makecache fast

Package blas-devel-3.4.2-5.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
[root@localhost Desktop]#

It says that Lapack is installed already.
Can anyone help me out to resolve this issue.

which suggests that you also install the fftw library.

I have install fftw now as well but still getting same massage.
Actually Lapack is installed as shown in 1st massage but when I check "$RSFROOT/share/madagascar/etc/config.py" Here it shows "LAPACK = None".
Can you guide me how to configure this file.
I guess if I could configure this file then I will not have any problem.
