What is envolved in installing KDE on Debian Lenny? Is there a best version of KDE for Debian Lenny? I would like to be able to start both the default Gnome and KDE whenever I like. Is there anything I need be cautions of? Thanks, Jon

Have no issues installing KDE, just do not know how to configure so as to start which ever GUI I desire. I left the default GUI as Gnome so I would not messs anything up. When I shut Gnome down and try starting kde (/etc/init.d/kdm start) I get error stating it is not the default display manager. Is there a way to allow me to start which ever GUI I desire with out reconfiguring each time, which I am unshure how to do just yet anyway. Jon

Leave GDM the default, but select a KDE session on the login screen.
