[SOLVED] Installation of guest additions virtualbox in elementary os guest

In my UBUNTU Desktop I have installed ELEMENTARY OS in VirtulBox, but couldn't install Guest Additions. Under Devices when I opted for "Insert Guest Additions CD image", answer is "could not mount the media/drive '/usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' (VERR_PDM_MEDIA_LOCKED) ".

How to resolve the impasse? Need help.
