IceWM - empty Programs

I have installed IceWM on my RHEL5.
It works fine.
However Program folder, which is on the "right-click-menu", is empty.

Does anyone know how to add there any application ?
Eg. Firefox or x term ?
I can manipulate with menu content but not on the Programs folder.
