how to disable single click to open files/programs in Kubuntu?

I just upgraded to Kubuntu 20 and I noticed that just clicking once on an icon opens it, which is quite annoying. Is there a way to change that to double click like it should be?

Everything I find in my search tells me to go to system settings, input devices, and mouse but I don't see any option there for that. I also don't see any options anywhere within Dolphin itself.

Try systemsettings5 from the command line.

That brings up a slightly different window, but then it brings me to same settings after. It's like there is room for setting to be there but it does not show up for some reason.

Look under systemsettings5-->Input Devices-->Mouse-->General-->Icons

At least, that's where I found it.

I got it now, it's actually in:

Settings + System Settings + Workspace + Desktop Behaviour

Works now!
