Please help me in resolving the issues...
If you are using Red Hat, call Red Hat support. If you are using a trial version, you will need to post more information to get any help. Obviously, the bootloader installation didn't work. Go to this site and download the bootinfoscript, run it and post the output of the results.txt file here:

I use Redhat 5 linux el5..
You'll probably need to reinstall grub through linux rescue mode. You need to insert your red hat bootable dvd or usb stick, enter "linux rescue" and then #chroot into your partition (it's probably /mnt - it should tell you) and then 'grub-install /dev/sda' (or whatever is your boot partition - check it with #fdisk -l, it should be the one with a * before it).
That should work for grub, not grub2. I guess redhat haven't 'upgraded' to grub2.

Mostly Grub is written in MBR and you're GRUB menu in the boot partition , so data loss is unlikely .
What do mean by connect in other linux machine , just putting it a other linux machine ?

please suggest me on this...
As rolau says, it's highly improbable for a grub reinstalling to lead to data loss, unless you do something stupid, probably unrelated to grub installation. My amateurish suggestion would be not to move those hdds to another linux machine, but just reinstall grub, which is a really easy task if things work properly; that is to say, if you only want to access the hdd data.
