No, because we have no idea what you're talking about. What "lab"? For who to do what with? Version/distro of Linux? Hardware? Number of users?? ANY details at all???

Read the "Question Guidelines" and "How to ask a smart question" links in my posting signature.

There may be some that will assist directly. If you need any help on a direct question then feel free to post it.

In a very general sense you need either a single computer running some instances of a virtual machine or you need some few of real dedicated computers to run.
You'll need to select some choice of distro. Each one has it's own ways to perform tasks.
Saying that you'll need to identify what tasks these computers will do.
Most distros can perform many functions but not all can use all software and all drivers.
Determine the target audience.
When configuring the lab be sure to understand that this is just a test and may fail in real world so make note of items like naming and ip and ports that may cause issues when moving. Databases may not easily be moved.

There are places that have pre-made virtual clients for many tasks. Turnkey linux has some as well as many of the VM choices offer "appliances" Places like SuseStudio can create custom distro's and install's for your lab.
