Unhappy dpkg error status 10


dpkg error

i'm on ubuntu 7.10
can't install or uninstall or update any thing coz of this error.
pls help me out..

Try doing
Code:
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo deborphan | xargs sudo apt-get -y remove --purge
Does that help?

that din work the op is the same...


problem solved
i removed all phpmyadmin files in /var/lib/dpkg/info and then purged phpmyadmin...

problem solved....
