Can't login as root in GUI
I m using SUSE 10.1. Recently i downloaded n installed yahoo messenger of redhat flavour on my SUSE. Since then it is not allowing me to enter as root in GUI. It gives following error msg when i attempt to do so :
Your session lasted 4 less than 10 sec. Either u hv some installation problem or ur disk space is low.
Plz some1 help me out to login as root in GUI. I can enter as root on console.

So, you have an installation problem. Delete messenger. Use gaim or kopete or something. Yahoo's linux messenger is crap anyway.

How to uninstall messenger?
I dont know how to remove messenger. I dont even know where it is installed. So can you help me out? If u can tell me the path where it gets installed, it will be helpful to me.

How about just changing the icon to delete in the "Software Manager" that comes with suse.
