Yes you can.
Title bar buttons on the left side and in order as in OS X:
- open dconf editor
- go to: com->deepin->wrap->pantheon->desktop->gala->appearance
- choose button-layout
- switch off "default value"
- in box "different value" change to: close,minimize,maximize:
- click on confirmation mark on the right, down side of the window, some windows must be restarted to take the effect.
Note that some programs like gnome file manager or text editor have typical gnome menu which is set, so buttons will not move. Also typical deepin programs that don't follow any theming won't change their look.
Basically, if you want buttons on the left, you need to move : to the right, and vice versa.
