What after the cert. RHCT/RHCE

I have obtained RHCT cert. at 2006. The RHCe course is completed. After the graduation what I found is, the knowledge of certifications is not enough to apply in system admin like job. There are much more cocepts/knowledge/tricks used in job world, and I even dont know those terms even(outside RHCE cooncepts)... How can I be in touch with linux's technical ideas/knowledge specific for jobs, considering that I am not employed yet

Formal education is only your license to start learning. In the case of computer systems, I think actually setting them up is the best way to learn.
Have you talked to any employers? You might find some kind of apprentice position.

RHEL broadness

I come from the other side, I have been sys-admin for about 2 years and I am finally decided to get myself certified. However reading the syllabus I found that some topics might not specify how thoroughly are they explored.

For example, DNS, configure DNS service.

DNS is very complex and I am not sure if they talk about a a Default DNS or any setup that DNS can handle.

You can say the same thing about configuring sendmail.

Can anyone here give me some kind of sense of depth that these topics explore.
