Unsure on Qualifications to do with a Linux sysadmin

At the moment I am in my tenth year at School (UK)
and I am not sure where about I should go to become a Linux sysadmin.
Does anybody know what kind of requirements are set for this job?
and what kind of things I can do now to get better at administering systems.

Currently I 'understand' the command line but am not fluent and only first used a Linux Distro about a year ago (xubuntu for my old pc)
and am now toying with Arch Linux (And enjoying it )

But I am stuck on where to go now
That's why I am here

Thanks

Just keep on playing with different distributions until you are comfortable with them. Learn some bash, do some scripting, set up a mail/ftp/web server just for the heck of it... Just search around to find out what sysadmins do and learn those things. Of course, as far as Jobs go, it "might" help to have a Linux Certification like at http://www.lpi.org/ but basically you just learn what you can from the internet, forums and such.
