RHCE in india


Hi all
I am a s/w engg BTech student in an institute of national importance,currently i am learning linux,i m from India and wants to appear in the RHCE exam.......
I am not interested in course and just want to give the exam(rh302). Till now i have been able to find just one institute linux learning centre,Bangalore conducting this exam ,can anybody help me finding out

1)usefullness of this certification in my case
2)any other institute(prefferably in north india) conducting this exam
3)the fees structure of the exam

any indians out thr plz help me out ........

hi again
thanx for the suggestion i found the test centres for delhi but i still have a doubt about the credibility of these institutions(many of them completely unknown).My simple question is that "Is taking the RHCE exam the same , nomatter which institute i choose ie is the quality maintained" thanx anyway for the reply

yes i also think thar center's quality also matters apart from a RHCE center.so check out the good ones

Oh...those indians who view this post and stay in mumbai...here's the centre list.

However, CMS, IIHT and Jetking are the centres spread over and they offer course and not "JUST" the certification exam. You will be taught and will be allowed to appear for exam from their centre.

and if you are in chennai then therez STG. You can take their certification track for Rs.12k and take your exam also there... they give u study materials,cd's,bags etc from redhat direct... more than learning... u make make use of their night lab sessions for learning and r&d... and the best thing is night labs are free!
