Candidates for RHCE must also earn a RHCSA certification. Candidates may take the RHCE Exam (EX300) before the RHCSA Exam (EX200), but the RHCSA must be earned before RHCE is awarded.
Depending on your current knowledge, you'll be ready in a few weeks/months to take the RHCSA exam. The biggest problem during the exam isn't the material itself but the time you have to do all the assignments.
I do have the EX200 and EX300 materials from a friend, i have a laptop which should be good enough to handle VMs.
But I want to assemble a new desktop (if budget allows) or i'll try to find a second hand desktop which should be good enough to load CentOS or RedHat.
Wheew..this would be a new journey.. Thanks druuna.

Make sure your hardware is up to the task. I used the following set-up:
1 - multi-boot system (RHEL 6 being one of the options),
2 - base: minimal graphic RHEL 6 with KVM,
3 - running (at times multiple) VM's from the base system.
The above makes sure you are using a 100% RedHat environment.
That's why I want to get a new or old desktop that can install Redhat.
Because if only VM, I might not be able to install KVM.
I'm not sure whether we can run a virtual machine on the top of another virtual machine. hehehe.. i guess that would not be possible as of this moment.

For RHCSA all you need is two CentOS installations your VM with a Virtual Network... you must have atleast 1 GB allocated for each vm machines
We can get an evaluation software for RHEL 6 right?
Although RHEL is a paid for product, you are allowed to use it for testing, studying or evaluation purposes. You won't have access to the on-line repositories (RHN). That shouldn't be a problem, all that is needed is present on the downloaded DVD.
RedHat download page: RedHat Downloads (You do need an account to access the actual download url's).
Once you have downloaded and installed RHEL you might want to have a look here: RHEL local DVD Repo
If you feel uncomfortable using RHEL you can use either of these:
- CentOS
- Scientific Linux
The above 2 are free and almost fully compatible with RHEL.
