I am wondering, just out of curiosity, I have installed Gentoo, installed various apps, got KDE 4.3 working, installed a few other things. Now, if I want to compile my complete custom Gentoo installation to an ISO, to burn to DVD, how would I do that?
Basically, to boot off the DVD, have the options to re-install everything that I have added, similar to installing Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.
If this is not possible, can I image my gentoo PC with Ghost or something similar, & re-image it onto another PC, if not Ghost, what software is best for imaging a linux PC?

there are options in emerge which allow for building binary packages, read the manpage of emerge.

Well, if the other PC has a similar hardware as the machine where you compiled the packages, it would be easiest to simply copy the whole filesystem to the other PC over the network. You'll only have to adapt /etc/fstab and the configuration of the bootloader. Also it may be that you have to recompile the kernel if you have other hardware-components (for example network-adapter etc.)
This all depends of how far your Gentoo-system is adapted to the needs of your Hardware. In many cases it will be not possible to move a whole Gentoo-sytem onto another machine since this disagrees with the benefits of Gentoo. The philosophy behind Gentoo is to adapt a System to your needs. For example you will have emerged only a graphics-driver for your graphics card and no other.
