I understand why he is doing it, the company is on it's last legs finacially and he's looking to try to bring it around, but my questions is more from the point of view of someone on the outside looking in, if something was stolen it should've been dealt with when they became aware of it, not 12 years down track when accountants start to get nervous and receivers a waiting outside the door.
