Where should I ask GPL-related questions?

Hello!

I have certain questions related to General Public License version 2 (business usage, user and creator rights and responsibilities), and I'm uncertain where should I ask them to recieve qualified answers (for me it looks like this forum is for solving another kind of problems). Should I contact FSF directly? Or maybe there are some resources specialised on solving GPL-related problems?
