Where is FireFox ad on New York Times?

Mozilla foundation recently has successfully raised $250,000 for an advertisement campaign to celebrate the official release of FireFox 1.0 on New York Times. Today FireFox 1.0 is released, and I rushed to a newsstand and bought a New York Times, Nov. 9. I searched through the whole paper and couldn't find FireFox advertisement. Does anyone know when the FireFox ad will come out? or it has already done it and when? Thanks a lot!

I don't remember if they ever said what day they'd run the ad. Just that they were going to advertise the release of 1.0, not necessarily the day of release. I could be wrong about that though, and am not in the mood to search for it, i'm eating It'd probably be best for their bandwidth if they let the current userbase download it before bringing on more users.

Soon...

Should be soon, but not sure when. Supposed to be some time in the next 3 weeks.

According to at least one poster on Slashdot it's much less expensive if you give them a window of days rather than an exact day.

I read somewhere that it would run in NY Times for a three week period between november and December.
