Tell you what timmy_laf,

One thing that you wouldn't like is how much it cost's to get into a lot of premiership games.

A good friend of mine has been a season ticket holder at Fratton Park (Portsmouth) for a number of years, but when they got promoted, his season ticket went up by about 150%. Which I thought was extortionate, considering the amounts of money that premiership teams receive from both the FA and the sponsors.

You'd only have to look at the business accounts of Man U, too see what they're worth, yet I'd hate to see how much it cost's to get into Old Trafford on a Saturday.

I presume that you get premiership matches on satellite? how much does that cost you ??

regards

John

With our premierhip matches you can view all of them on PayTV (aka FoxTel) on the sports channels but if you don't want to pay for TV on our free to air TV we get 1 Live game a week but unfortunately i don't have pay TV so have to stay up all hours of the night to watch the EPL! I think pay tv costs about $50 AUD a month correct me if i'm wrong anyone, of course that price depends on if you want the standard channels or more!

You're aving a larf there ezra143!

Most of the "quality ?" teams in Europe should be "oscar winners" with the acting performances they put on when "diving".

Why do you think they brought in the "no diving" rule? so if the ref thinks they're taking the piss, then they can be sent off.

regards

John

p.s. It's a shame really, because there are some excellent teams in Europe. IF, I have to look at european football, I prefer either Spains' Real Madrid or Ajax of the Netherlands. Seeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggguuuuuuuuuuulllllss

Yeah, very true... all of them seem to be oscar nominees.... but, juventus does break from the theatrics to score a few more than thier opponent once in a while. Thats why I prefer hockey... when you go down, your down for a REASON! Cheers.

It may not have everything, like the first letter of "development"

As for me, I like SV Werder, but they're German. When I was an exchange student, I lived down the street from the trainer.
