What does solver support linux OS means?

Hi, I need to install CST studio suite on my laptop.

Then I came across this:

Системные требования:
* Windows PC, 1GB RAM, DVD- Drive, at least 8GB of free hard disc space.
* Fully OpenGL compliant graphic card
* Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista
* Solvers support Linux OS (Red Hat Enterprise)

What does the last sentence mean?

I really need to install this program.

That's...uh...quite a website. Perhaps we would be better off getting our info from the official site of the developers CST 2010 FAQ:

Quote:
Which operating systems are supported?

The CST STUDIO SUITE 2010 runs on Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server). The computations can be run remotely or using distributed computing on Linux RHEL4, RHEL5 or CentOS workstations. We will soon have a beta version of the entire CST STUDIO SUITE under Linux soon.
So this is saying that the front-end runs on Windows, but Linux machines can be used as computational nodes to run the simulation (as in a cluster). The full version of the CST Suite for Linux is still in development.

In other words, if you actually want to use this program fully from just one machine, you will need Windows. Other options would be trying WINE or running Windows in a VM.
