Open it how? Just print it to the screen?

If you just link to it, then folks will have the option whether they want to download it or not, Is this not sufficient?

Perhaps if you shed a bit more light on what you want to do we can help you better.

Thanks for your reply, I would like to open a text file from other website, but I want to open inside my "default.asp" for example, open some text file in the middle of this Thread, without remove all banners and Logos, and buttons, etc. is it possible? and how can I do that?

Thanks

Well, if you're using ASP it seems to me that your answer will be specific to that. Isn't ASP a windows only technology? This is after all, a Linux forum. You may want to post in a dedicated ASP forum...i'm sure a quick google will bring one up.
