Unreachable URL.

Hi: I once registered at the forum at http://mozartforum.com. Then, after some posting, I ceased posting. Now, when I type that URL and press <Enter> I am presented with a big window that says 'This account has been suspended'. So, two questions: what if I merely want to visit the site? I would understand the notification if it happened AFTER I try to log in! And how can they know it is me, given my ISP uses dynamic IPs? My IP is changing all the time. I mean, an attempt at connection results in that message since more than three months ago. In that time, my IP must have change several times. Is there any other means by which they could identify my machine?

The owner of mozartforum.com appears to have a cPanel account hosted at 204.93.211.58, or server102.routhost.com.
That cPanel account is the one that has been suspended, non-payment and abuse issues come to mind.

Probably not much you can do to see this site in this state.

Then it is not only me but everyone who tries to connect to that URL will get the same message. What a pity!
