Does it have an Ethernet port? If your machine has a network card, then connect to the modem using that rather than USB. You won't need software for the modem this way. Also, use thread titles that describe you problem and don't use "urgent" in titles.
i'd comment on the fact that threads should not be marked as "URGENT!" as it blatantly is not urgent... but if you can't even spell urgent in the first place....
something tells me this is just a very bad choice of forum for a probable windows question.
There is no software. The Westell 6100 has an internal router (but only with one port) and you access it by pointing your browser to http://192.168.1.1
